The coronavirus pandemic has completely changed our world, devastating both the social and economic situation of the United States and the world as a whole. As of October 15, there have been 7.95 million cases of COVID-19 in America. In the 38.6 million worldwide cases, the United States is one of the leading countries regarding the amount of cases. However, 26.7 million people have also recovered from coronavirus, showing that advanced technology can help conquer the disease.

With 1.09 million deaths worldwide, there is still no cure for the coronavirus, which presents doctors and scientists with the dilemma of finding a vaccine as quickly as possible. And with schools returning to in-person classes, it seems inevitable that cases will begin rising again. However, the Oak Knoll community is working tremendously hard in order to keep their students safe. Wearing a mask and maintaining a social distance of 6 feet is proven to help stop the spread of coronavirus. In order to keep our community up and running, everyone has to do their part. We keep all families and friends affected by the coronavirus pandemic in our thoughts and prayers.
